01Our services
TrueLinePay provides businesses with a complete payment solution — a hosted checkout page, WordPress plugin, virtual terminal and payment CRM — after reviewing their application and documents. Transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways, processors and acquiring banks (“Partners”) that we select for your business, and may also be subject to the Partners’ terms.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. Our services are offered to businesses only, not to consumers.

- Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee approval. All accounts are subject to underwriting by our Partners at their sole discretion.
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current, and that you will update it if it changes.
- You authorize us and our Partners to verify the information you provide, including through credit, identity, business and fraud-prevention checks.
- Pricing, reserves and other terms quoted are indicative until confirmed in your merchant processing agreement.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or our services to:
- Process transactions for illegal products or services, or products prohibited by card network rules or our Partners.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Site, or attempt to access it by automated means without permission.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
